Bridge
Overview
Bridge exercises primarily target the abdominals and the gluteus, and secondarily the arms and legs muscles. They add great strength to the core and they are a fantastic approach to a perfect posture. The variation we chose as the best bridge is the Raised Leg Lift, pictured below, which demands the most from your core, calling for a high level of power, balance, and effort. It's one of a few select exercises that engage such a diversity of muscles.
